Tap & Giggle is provided by FunnySoft Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). This privacy policy explains how the Tap & Giggle Android application handles information.

Information we collect

Tap & Giggle does not require an account and does not collect, store, or share personal information. The app does not include advertising, analytics, social-media tracking, or in-app purchases.

Offline operation

The app's learning illustrations, spoken names, sound effects, and drawing features operate locally on the device. The production app does not require an internet connection to provide its core functionality.

Local settings and drawings

Sound and parent preferences may be stored locally on the device. Drawings are used only within the active drawing experience and are not uploaded to us. We do not have access to locally stored preferences or drawings.

Children's privacy

Tap & Giggle is designed for young children. Because the app does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe information has been provided to us outside the app, please contact us so we can address the request.

Third-party services

The current production app does not use third-party advertising, analytics, account, or cloud-storage services. Android system features, including text-to-speech and screen pinning, are controlled by the device and may be subject to the device provider's own policies.

Data retention and deletion

We do not maintain a server-side database of app users or app activity. Local app data can be removed through Android settings by clearing the app's storage or by uninstalling the app.

Security

We minimize privacy risk by not collecting or transmitting personal information. No method of device or software security is guaranteed, so users should keep their device and Android system updated.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy when the app or legal requirements change. The updated policy will show a revised effective date. Material changes to data handling will also be reflected in the Google Play Data safety declaration.
